Viper Grader Blades
Valk Viper grader blades are heat-treated to give up to four times the wear of carbon steel blades. Valk Viper grader blades are made from a special quality of boron-intensified steel. These blades are through-hardened, not simply flame or case hardened, to achieve longer wear and far greater strength than flame or case hardened can provide.
Valk guarantees Viper grader blades against breakage. Viper grader blades are quenched and tempered to yield a hardness of 44 to 52 Rc scale, and offer superior toughness when compared to other grader blades.
This means reduced down time, reduced changing cost and reduced bolt usage. Valk Vipers are designed for the new generation of high-powered equipment that demands more from a blade.
All blades are AASHO-modified punched with 11/16th or 13/16th square countersunk holes on 6" centers. Sizes available include:

High-Carbon Steel Grader Blades
The Valk C-1084 line of high-carbon steel grader cutting edges and end bits is available for all makes and models of equipment, in both standard and heavy-duty sizes. The C-1084 may be ordered in four edge designs and in any length.
Most common of all grader designs, curved double-bevel grader blades are available in seven sizes. Curved double-bevel cutting edges improve penetration and rolling action, and reduce the possibility of moldboard distortion through increased rigidity of the moldboard assembly.
