Worm Gear
Valk's "Ram-Free" gear reversing snowplow is activated by a hydraulically powered worm gear, which rotates the plow.
• The torsion spring trip device allows the blade to trip over an obstruction until clear and then return to the normal plowing position.
• The curvature of our moldboard is designed for fast, efficient highway plowing. It is available in four sizes. (Standard moldboards available and designated by SW prefix).

1 - Cylinder Free
Valk's Worm Gear Plow is "Cylinder Free" and gear reversing snowplow is activated by a hydraulically powered worm gear, which rotates the plow.
2 - Torsion Spring Trip
The torsion spring trip device allows the blade to trip over an obstruction until clear and then return to the normal plowing position.
3 - Curved Moldboard
The curvature of the moldboard is designed for fast, efficient highway plowing. Plows available in 9ft., 10ft., 11ft. and 12ft. with heights of 30ft., 36ft., 42ft. and 50ft being standard.
